QTrax is a new service entirely financed by advertisements that allows to download music free and legally from the net.
By the way Warner did not authorize the use of its content, as well as Universal and Emi, explaining that negotiations for the free downloading of music are still running.
"We launched the service aware of the help we'll get from discography labels" said the president of QTrax, Allen Klepfisz.
Soon we'll clarify every aspect of this help.
On QTrax users will also have access to several services such as the possibility to book concert tickets and merchandising.

This is magic, qtrax is a very important turning point for the p2p world.
If downloading music is legal more people will download music that means more people will have to produce music... that's how the market works..

I hope that with qtrax the discography will work better.
The use of the net changed every aspect of the economy, qhy should'nt it affect the cd market?

I did use it once, just installed and downloaded my first mp3.
I think you can only download mp3 with qtrax, it's created for music only I suppose.
